[Resolved] Fastrack — Complaint against staff behaviour | |||
I had a problem with my goggles which I had got in the month of October. I went to the A.S Tao Nagar outlet in Hyderabad. I went there first in the month of November. They were not ready to help me and said that it doesn't concern to them and wanted me to go to the Titan Eye plus store. They knew that the specific store was under renovation, but they were so unprofessional and didn't mention it on my visit. Then I kept looking for another Titan Eye plus store. Finally, yesterday I found a store in Karkhana, there they asked me to goto the fast track store as the issue doesn't pertain to their store. Then I went to the fast track store in Karkhana, the in that fast track store, they denied to take the ownership of the issue and wanted me to go back to the store from which I had purchased the defective product. Upon going there, those people were again defiant. Later, when I told them the inconvenience caused to me because of their negligence in handling the situation, they started laughing. There were three fast track salesperson there. When I got annoyed with their behaviour and asked the reason for their behaviour they exchanged looks and then said that their manager is not around so they cannot do anything about it. They kept my goggles and said that they will call me in the evening. Nobody called me, and that is what I had expected from those people. Now tell me what to do ? Was this information helpful? | |||
