[Resolved] Fastrack — Defective watch and worst quality product | |||
I have purchased fastrack watch model no.30985102 at 28/11/2015. The watch contains two clocks after few months of purchase the watch stopped working properly. I have send the watch to service center two times but still the defect is not solved and the shop owner told me that it is manufacturing defect. Still one of the clock is not working. Hell to fastrack watches. My 3000 got wasted buying ur product. So why u write such rubbish promises in ur manual that watch is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defect. I didn't find anything. I congrats u for your poor quality of watches and never recommend anyone to purchase fastrack watch. U are more worst than a road side brand. I[censored] have little bit of shame than resolve my problem and contact me. If i had time i must take u to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
