Fastrack — Fake product received from snapdeal

Dear sir

we purchased fastrack watch from snap deal. The watch was not working properly so i took it to the service center "world of titan" in devaraja urs road mysore. they did not accept the watch for the service saying the watch does not have MOA number or assembly number on the dile inside the watch. we contacted the snapdeal but they refused to replace the watch & argued as it is a fastrack watch only, else to get a denying letter from fastrack service center, but when we went back to the fastrack service center asking for the denying letter they refused to give the letter or to give service snapdeal people says they will not take any action without getting any denying letter . I have attached the supporting document as well... please help us
