Fastrack — fastrack 3 mm water resistant | |||
Hi, I bought a watch in fast track worth 5000₹. Water went into the dial and when i ask the service person. He said water resistance work for 3mm. I don't understand about 3mm water resistant concept. Then y do they mark the product as water resistant which is not actually. Very bad experience in showroom also. The person is not ready to answer instead he said service is not done here. Why is it not covered in warranty. Very much disappointed with the product as well as the service.
