I ordered a grey dial analog (Nk6152sl03) girl watch on www.fastrack.in today but it didn't got ordered and the amount of 1285 got debited from my yesbank account my registered number is [protected] my email id : [protected]@gmail.com name : santosh poojari I have not received any call till now about my refund and everytime i call customer care they disconnect call and tell its not working day... Wherein in email it clearly says i should have received call in 24 hrs.. And customer care says i should have received called in 48 working hrs.. It shows clearly that fastback is doing malpractice in its business by keeping peoples money. please acknowledge asap as it was birthday gift i ordered for some one Was this information helpful? | |||||
