Dear Sir, i am mahidhar varma and i have bought the fastrack chronograph watch in visakhapatnam around 4 years back, now i lost the glass of the watch whem i visited the titan repair centre they asked me for the bill of the watch and the bill was lost as it was old and they suggested me to check with shop where i have bought the watch, i visited the shop but if i give my mobile number it is not showing any results and i dont have any option can you help me out. Tried to get the strap for the model number NE9732QL01J but couldn't find in any of the FastTrack/Titan/Any related dealer showrooms. Tried most of the Shops in Coimbatore & Chennai. Don't know how to get the strap as no one is aware when the stock will be back
