Fastrack — poor quality

I purchased fastrack watch last month for rs.2595/- i purchased black colour. But within a month outer side of dial, black colour fully turning into white colour. It's clearly showing that poor quality of this watch metal or painting something. Kindly revert with proper solution for this issue.
