Fastrack — Reflex Band | |||
On 12 Mar 2021 my fastrack Band stop working I gave the product to Rajkot service Center name World of Titan. They called me yesterday stating that I will not getting my band back and Fastrack just provide the credit. I am having Covid +ve so I send my friend with the recipient. But the female staff talk very rudely and deny to give the credit. They ask me on call which another model shall I buy. I said if I don't get mine I can move to reflex 3.0. But that lady staff denies to get. Now help me how can I have my band or the replacement. I gave to Fastrack Service center they send the product to you and now I don't have my money nor product. Let me know how you resolute it or where to complain further. Will I get the product or credit in my account or reflex 3.0 paying above amount or not. Or return my band to me with proper functioning. What about the rude behaviour of your staff? Shall I have to include consumer forum or will get the resolution?
