Fastrack — watch not working | |||
I have purchased a ladies watch from fastrack center at phonics mall, pune on 17th dec 2016. So far this watch got repaired by titan service center at the same location within 10 months itself. Now it is 5th time watch is not working. Guarantee card shows 2 yrs of guarantee. I want replacement for this faulty watch. Fastrack center says it can't be replaced only repaired. A ₹ 2000 watch stops working 5 times within 10 months from purchase itself. Why should we purchase such a faulty product at premium charges. So frustrated. Was this information helpful? | |||
