This happened to me as well, blouse piece of cheap quality was delivered instead of blouse. What are the options? Should we raise a case against them?
I had placed an order for a particular blouse which was suppose to be 'Ready made' piece but they 'd sent me a cheap and pathetic unstitched material instead. I had mentioned about the size but it's like they aren't bother at all. What measures can be taken against this monsters? How to protect consumer interest and cancel license for this hiding frauds so they are prohibited to do any business until they follow transparent business practice.

This has happened to me as well..they attract people with beautiful ad and then cheat them with some ### piece.what a great way to snatch money.
Same complain from me for Fastroly. I ordered for Stitched blouse but they sent me really cheap product unstitched material. No response back for my mail to return the order

I bought a blouse from this online store called fastroly. According to the description it was supposed to be a blouse rather a designer according to the product name and specification suggested on the website. However i just a cheap cloth and not a blouse. I have mailed them following their return policy. Waited for 1day but no response from them. Contacted them through facebook still no response. There i saw people are commenting on how this company is scamming people by always sending cheap product and not refunding money or replying to their emails.

I have ordered kurta in blue color with different size but they sent me some other kurta which is not at all good. Please stop there license immediately
I have order Blause and they sent 2 package and asked for money and it is not a blause but a cloth which is very cheap. I am raising this complain to the consumer department to just take an action on them.

I have ordered black kurta. But didn't received the same product. I received different kurta which I didn't like, i tried to cantact them but no response. All contact no.s are not working even mail id also not working. And there is no response from their side.

Fake site. They don't delivery what you saw on the site instead they deliver a complete different random bad quality product to you. And there is no facility to return the product. No contact number to talk. They are just collecting money and making fool of customers. We should raise a case against this site else everyday people will face the same issues. Fraud company.
I ordered 2 kurtas from this site. I was sent some different cheap quality products instead of what I ordered. I have mailed them but no response as of now. How do I lodge a Complaint against them?

I ws so unfortunate because even aft placing COD order i paid the amt n opened the pack after the courier boy left and after that neither are they replying for my emails nor my messages.
What action can i expect consumer court to take against them?

Same happened for me ordered a stitched blouse but came a different material. Is there no workaround on this brand and will we not get our money back?
Now no answer they give by mail and no return back the order .
