FastWay Transmission — cable not working from last week and bad service of cable operator

Dear i robin kumar resident of ward no 3 near forest colony dehra gopipur kangra himachal pradesh. My cable is not working from last one week. And i also informed my cable operator for same but he has not any action till now. They never give us slip or bill for payment of cable tv. They don't know how to serve the consumer please rectify it and make it as soon as possible
