FastWay Transmission — Cable operator harshing his customers | |||||
Hello there i have fast way cable more than ten years but somehow zee was disconnected their chanel according to payment. Last week i ask fast way to activate my few chanel of zee tv. Just because of this my cable operator kaka cable get hyper that why we called to customers care for that. Since last friday he discount my cable for that he didn't receive money from us but we paid him advance every month sir or mam what is our fault if he doesn't given anybody recipet we don't know cable operator we only know fast way cable. This kind of operator will do anything they want. Please help us as soon as possible and change your cable operator or try to get direct payment from consumers. If consumers satisfaction then company will be top of state other everyone know. Just because of this kind of employees day by day company gets very bad reputation.
