Dear all,
I am complaining since last ten days about the local cable operator, which have taken my set top box ten days ago for repair, but now they are refusing to give it back, and also they are not ready to return the security money i have deposited with them at the time of new connection. And the local cable operator does not respond properly and is harassing us.
My complaint no is 4213534.
kindly do the needful on urgent basis or i will have to take legal action.
