Dear Fastway, I am living at house no-466, Mohali Anandpur, Pathankot in Punjab. I had new connection of your Fastway. I had also installed set top box MAC (0880393FBF20). I want to uninstall current distributer(Mr. Manoj Kumar) set top box because his cable is not telecasting for 05 to 10 days. And when I talked to customer care regarding this they told me that your distribution is not paying money on time to fastway.so i want to refund my security money. But distributer(Mr. Manoj kumar)is deny to refund and told me that money refunding is not in Fastway policy. He also behaved very rudely. He is also dishonor your brand value. Yesterday I had made call to your customer care and you ensure me to refunding money. So please refund my money or change my distributer. And also cancel his licensee Unless I am going to take legal action against this distribution and you.
