FastWay Transmission — lier operators and fake commitments by net+ broadband service person and even the operational manager for a new connection to fulfill his targe

I applied for a new connection and the same day I came to know about the fake statements of Net+ Team. Immediately I requested for stopping the application but their field man (Mr. Pushpinder Singh-[protected]) applied for my account creation just to fulfill his targets. Verification was failed by me for my connection and no line or any equipment was setup since then. Now from last 6 days, I am asking for my documents and installation charges to be given back, but no one is doing anything. I have reached to the Helpline (Ticket Number:[protected] and[protected], but both these tickets are resolved and closed from their end without any resolution. I had a talk with Mr. Suchain Brar, Operational Head, Patiala ([protected]) along with other officials (Mr. Mohinder - [protected]) in the main office in Patiala but they say your documents will reach by the end of the day which never comes. I am hearing this all from last 4 days continuously. Helpline told me my connection was applied by Asian Cable(Incharge Mr. Gurcharan Saini-[protected]) of Ludhiana. I am very surprised I applied in Patiala, how it is showing ludhiana reference. Mr. Gurcharan Saini also conveyed Mr. Pushpinder Singh to hand the documents to me but he is not doing the same. How much time it will take to pick the documents and give me being in the same and infact small city. Mr. Pushpinder is a big lier and is befooling the management and the customer to fulfill his targets. I am very surprised no one in this whole Net+ has hold being a small team. No field person listens to even the managers here and these people harass the customers. No one keeps check on them.

Please suggest me any measures to get back my documents and installation charges on +91-[protected]. Thanks!
