FastWay Transmission — new local operator harassment

Complaint no 1 : [11 sept 2020]

Complaint : our cycle for cable payment is always 15th of every month, but from the last 2 months there is a new operator assigned to our area. These new operators are forcing us to pay from the 1st of every month. I told them to adjust the amount of 15th days and then start from 1st of every month. Instead of that they are saying your billing cycle will be 15th but we will get the payment from 1st. I told them to give me in writing, which they are not doing.

Complaint no 2 : [27 sept 2020]
As i said in my previous mail that i have paid them via google pay on 15th sept 2020 for which screenshot are attached below, even after paying they disconnected our cable from yesterday. I called them yesterday and they said we are updating your payment. It will start working in 10-15 minutes, but it's more than 24 hours since it didn't worked the local operator has stopped responding too. Get this resolved asap, otherwise i am going to consumer court against you guys, everything was working fine before, since these new operators came into our locality they are useless. If you don't take any action then it's gonna cause a lot.

First they harassed us by paying them in advance and now they are harassing us by disconnecting cable even after the payment was made.

Complain :
There is no action on this complaint by fastway. Everything was fine, but when this new operator assigned to our locality everything is messed up and nothing is working as expected. These new operator don't pick up calls even after calling 10 times, these operator talk in very rude manner, these operator come to house for payment without following any crona pandemic norms

I have a simple request as mention below :

- we don't have any issue in paying from 1st of month, but adjust our payment of 15th days first and restart our cycle from 1st. I need this in writing too.
- i don't want to pay them in cash, i need an online payment method to pay my bill.

Also even after paying on google pay they are disconnecting our cable, so please request you to change the operator.

Our cable is not working for more then 24 hours and no action taken yet, keeping there nodal officer vivek manchanda email id in loop while complaining still nothing changed.
