FastWay Transmission — No service from Last 36 hours and pathetic solutions on phone | |||
I have been complaining in regards to my box from Fastway which is not working since 36 hrs from now, they have issued complaint number on 23 june and I received message at 1.50 pm as CRN- CR - [protected], your complaint number 23062017W182558 will be resolved in 4-8 working hours by m/s Simrandeep singh ph no [protected]. this phone [protected] is of cable operator of my area which is switched off and repeatedly calling till 11 pm in night was switched off. There is no solution to issue and if called on phone after 2 to 3 repeated attempts on[protected], they say that your attempts to reach have lapsed, call later, what a pathetic cx care. They claim to be good issue resolvers and you to enroll for internet connection, "cable ki bhai issue to resolve kar nahi sakte, internet ki sewa kya doge " Even your monthly payment collector cable operator is sending msgs of payment vide SMS and not issuing receipts... why? We pay for entertainment and not for NO SERVICE. Kindly resolve the issue to avoid lawful circumstances. Was this information helpful? | |||
