FastWay Transmission — Operator service is very bad

Sir we are from jalandhar city punjab we are using fastway cable from chahal cable cable operator service is very bad he does not come to take monthly payment on time we call him any times for cable complaint he doesn't response well my fastway box is not working on this time so please solve my issue we are very fristaid from operator services
