FastWay Transmission — Poor Service and harassment by Cable Operator - Mohali Satellite Comm | |||||
Hi, I am using Fastway cable from several years.Two years back, we shifted to Mohali and this area comes under Mohali Satellite Comm, Phase 3B2 Mohali. We are having issues with this cable operator from the very begining. All the issues started when he started overcharging and on refusing to pay overcharge, he disconnected our set top boxes. After many days and complaining multiple times, when we approached to their Nodal Officer, Vivek Manchanda, our complaints got resolved. Now even after two years and asking cable operator several times, my both set top boxes are not registered on my name. We also deny to pay overcharge and as a result he always try to harass us in some way. Now My gold pack has been changed to Silver pack withour any intimation and even customer care executive Preeti denied to register the complaint against this cable operator. We are fedup from pathetic Service and Harassment from cable operator Mohali Satelite Comm and customer care is not doing any thing to help us. Was this information helpful? | |||||
