Respected Sir, it is to inform you that my set top box cable is not working from past 15 days. This message is being displayed at my TV screen whenever i switch it on -(CHANNEL UNAUTHORIZED, 109- YOU HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED TO THIS CHANNEL. TO SUBSCRIBE PLEASE CALL[protected] Sir My Cable operator is M.S Communication Naraingarh Chheharta whose number is[protected]. I always give charge of Rs 230 at time. This operator is very irresponsible towards his customers I have visited many times to his office but nothing is resolved at his end. I have made many calls to your help-line number[protected] .I get no response from there too. Very bad impression of fastway is noticed please help.
