Feb Deal — faulty product

Please take the reference of my order no 43483 for langha2. After order i received product after 25 days. I am disappointed after seeing product was faulty and there was hole on clothes. I lodged complaint on 28/09/2018 but after one months of lodging complaint i donot received my refund. Kindly see on the matter and arrange to refund my claim. Kindly look in to the matter and returned my money as soon as possible.

I am highly disappointed by their behaviour. They delivered wrong items and now since last 15 days are not responding neither refunding my money. No helpline number exists no WhatsApp no email. How do I get my money back? This is disgusting
I have ordered one dress materiel and one top against order no 76082 but received 2 very bad used sarees. already given refund request on 9th October but not received any money still now. This is a fraud and refund my money immediately. I have paid Rs. 1185.84 on cash on delivery.
