Febdeal — fake fraud online shopping

I have ordered 2 dresses for rs 1402 on feb deal on line shopping. But i received 2 low quality sarees instead of what i have ordered. Now i requested for return of my money but they are not responding. Their toll free number and whatsapp number is not at all working. Please register the complaint. The address in the site it is showing jaipur but i got the product from surat

I have buy a from febdeal.in a dress which detail is mentioned 3 item upper bottom and dupta semi stitched in gray colour but they send me one very poor quality fabric only one small piece in yellow colour.it totally disappointed .it totally fake side .please help me out.and take a action which help other customers

Product worth 755 exchanged with bad cloth saree and no return available no customer care or any email is also fake.

They sent a saree which is of worth 350.They do not have any order history or any customer care service.I tried calling but that number is disconnected.I tried emailing, but the I'd is fake.no return address on the package and no seller address.its just given as Gujrat.How can courier partners accept such a parcel.When I tried to return using link they gave in website it is asking for bank account.
