Febdeal — received wrong and cheap quality material

I ordered a kurti Febdeal limited edition 181 worth Rs.538.92/- but received totally different and cheap quality of 3 pieces of cloth. I tried to contact them but it was not reachable. I also filled up complaint and return form and i got the message from febdeal that your amount will be initiated within 10 days but till now i didnt get a single rupee. I am sure that this is a fraud site, this happened with many peoples. So i just want my money back so please help me or let me know what should i do.

Hello kindly help me.. Myself Raina Mittal order id-45681site- Febdeal.. I orderd one saree and one kurti but not received kurti.. And 2 saree received.. Not same ordered cheap saree. . And complain not accepted kindly help me refund my amount plz help me please..

I ordered for a gown but when I open the packet ..l found ...that is a sareee...(very low quality ) that is not usable...then we fill the return policy forum ...and there is no response yet..., . The given no. By that company are not working...
