I too ordered a lehenga from febdeal site with order no #52024 bt hv received a low quality saree instead. On placing the refund request hv just received a message that amount will be refunded in 10 working days but nothing has been done. They are cheaters, be fooling customers and earning money,! Kindly help i’m getting my money back and taking a strict action against them so that they do not fool others.

I ordered a ladies dress material and delivery was too fast and I got the package within 3 days. But unfortunately the package contained damaged Sarree.what is this nonsense ?

I want the money back which I paid in cash ( INR 755 )

The licensed of such online shopping must be cancelled.

Ordered for products that are advertised but received completely different ones of cheap quality. Neither the phone number nor email is working. They have charged around 1400
