Dear sir, Iam having 3 gold loan accounts with fedbank eluru branch (Code 3083), on 03.01.2020 i have done loan partpayment through online mode (Fedbank quick pay portal). After i approached to branch for release, branch staff said that partpayment amount not credited to your loan account, after i enquired about this transaction, actually same day amount credited to fedbank ho account.
