DearMadam, Today my sister came to Federal Bank kodakara( IFSC Code: FDRL0001707) brach for cash deposit (non-SBNs) to [protected] account.The cashier said that, they casn only accept home branch deposits. I am also a banker, hence i would like to know is there any RBI circulars related to this matter? Y your bank rejected non-SBNs?
