[Resolved] Federal Bank — Cash loose at atm | |||
Sir, I am Priju Surendran, Account holder of Federal Bank, Manamboor branch, Thiruvananthapuram district. Now working in KSA. My wife cash withdraw Rs.34000/- at INDIA1ATM, Nedumgolam. on26/04/2016. But Rs.44000/- less my account. (Rs.10000/-loose). Suddenly I report my bank. and written complaint submit on 27/4/16 C/o my wife. But no response in bank. Now 9 days past. No action. May 11, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved First 2 time Rs.10000/- each received. Next time cash not received. Monitor displayed 'Error' . Next time Rs.10000/- after Rs.4000/- received.
Total received Rs.34000/-. But Rs.44000/- less in account. Federal Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
