I am very dissatisfied with the services provided by Thane Louiswadi branch, handled by Mr. Prashank Pandey, feeling cheated.
1.) EMI amount is deducted more than agreed upon & signed
2.) Processing fee not refunded as promised
3.) ECS not registered with my salary account
4.) Whenever I visited bank, branch manager is very rude, has no time for customers.

After raising this complaint I got an e-mail "[protected]@federalbank.co.in", to sent my complaints details. I have already written to this e-mail couple of times, and they did not bother to respond.
In my view Federal bank does not have much interest in solving customer issues. I request to please inform branch to look and resolve my issues ASAP.
