On 12th december i had tried 3 times to recharge my mobile phone using federal bank missed call recharge service. they had deducted 300 rupees from my accountbut not recharged my phone yet.i had tried many times to make contact with federal bank balussery . but they never responded yet. so i request you to take necessary action either to recharge mu phone or refund the amout to my account Was this information helpful? | |||

During the process of appling POS machine Bank personals have not informed about the requirements to install the POS machine. At the time of Installation of POS machine, Executive was asking for BSNL connection only whereas we were having Tata walky with us.
