[Resolved] Federal Bank — pos machine not working | |||
Our pos machine installed by you is not working from about one month. We have reported this matter in our branch of federal bank, peruva. They informed us that the agency who installed the machine has changed and new machine will be installed by the new agency. But no further effort from their part to resolve the complaint. We have reported this matter in customer care over the toll free number and they said that it was the duty of the branch.
