Date of the incident:17/02/2020
I have been trying to transfer fund, but may be due to network error the recipient didn't received the fund but the money got debited from my account.
The transaction status is shown as "QUEUED TRANSACTION" since over 2-3 hours.
Kindly refund the money back to my account or credit the amount in recipients bank as soon as possible.
