Federal Bank — unsuccessful transaction and missing of money

I had done money transaction through fedbook quick pay not for the first time but this time the money transaction was unsucessful and specific amount which i had send was missing and not yet refunded. There happend more than two unsuccesful transactions from my accounts but the money got refund by the day itself but through this transaction the money was missing.
