[Resolved]  Fedex — 2 Packages stuck

I have already submitted KYC docs 3 days back.

My friend sent me 2 packages from USA.

1st Tracking is[protected]
It shows "A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
Recommended action: Please call FedEx Customer Service."

2nd Tracking is[protected]
It shows "In clearance process.
Recommended action: No action required at this time.

Goods are subject to regulatory review.
Recommended action: No action required at this time."

When I called your customer care they said for kyc but kyc documents were submitted 3 days ago itself .

I need urgent response and delivery.
