Fedex — Charging double charges without prior information or consent. No response to E-mail. | |||
Tracking id[protected] I have been sent a parcel from the india via FedEx. Shipping charges were already paid. they did not inform me about the customs duty . Moreover, they are charging almost 200% extra money demand from reciever. I tried to contact customer care by e-mail but they do not respond. This company is practicing fraudulent business tactics and doing scam in India. I express my shock and disappointment on the sheer fraudulent and unprofessional service by a reputable company like FedEx Was this information helpful? | |||
