Fedex — Custom clearance help

From 14/10/2020 my parcel was stucked in customs and i have done my kyc and provided my all supporting documents but from fedex no response nothing my awb no is[protected] my contact no is [protected]
please help me i have sumitted bills what ever fedex asked i have given but there is sms i got from fedex person mr naveen velpari he said send all documents to his mail id Naveen.[protected]@fedex.com i have sended here after that i got reply that he is on vicaton he will be back on 17 november this is service providing fedex that only 1 person handling and who is responsible for late penalty i[censored] are not clearing parcels from custom and going vication for 1 month or playing games with costumer to pay gowdown penalty this is not fair right im attaching documents here u see please help me thanks
