Fedex — Damage shipment

Very annoyed with the pathetic service I was provided by Fedex, I have booked your service and received a shipment with the Tracking number[protected] on 26th June at 2 pm and in the package was my Television.

But when I opened the package and put the TV on, entirely on one side I see a huge cracked and the entire display is not working and even the remote is damaged.
I never expected this to happen. I always knew that FedEx was the best hence I had decided to ship my TV From My parents house (Mumbai) to mine (Banglore).You can check the below images of my TV. I have taken an insurance for my shipment.
