Fedex — Delay in Courier

These people are useless, from 2 weeks they kept my courier as clearence delay and they are saying beyond their control and not responding to my query, they charged extra amount for quick delivery and promised with in one business day i will recieve my courier 2weeks completed still they kept my material on custos delay, its very disappointing and not reacting to my query and not solving my issue, this is the way they respond to the customers, even iam doing folowup iam never getting any updates from this fedex team and laging my courier
