Fedex — delay in courier delivery awb[protected] // surendran anandhu

I have one courier which is supposed to receive on sep 2nd. My courier is company laptop and it is not a purchase and i have given the merit letter stating that.
This courier is so important which is impacting my career and i am unable to do my job which will result a financial loss.

It has been almost 2 weeks since i submitted all the required documents and there is no change in the status of the shipment. Calling customer care is a very tough task and each time i end up waiting for over 20 mins and finally they just tell me that there's a backlog and so it will take its time and there's nothing that can be done. They also then tell me that they will expedite the process form their end and i would receive it soon. (No such thing has happened of course and i'm guessing it was told for my own satisfaction)

Please resolve this on priority.
