[Resolved] Fedex — Delay of shipment and ignorance | |||
I didn't get any updates regarding my parcel as my tracking no is[protected] from uk to delhi. I call more than 10 times at corstmer care and also mail on 18th & 24th nov to Mr shadab.[protected]@ fedex.com as well as 20th nov to [protected]@mail.fedex.com which customer service told me but i had never been contacted by fedex. I didn't get any reply till 25th nov and finally I had to visit personally at IGI custom fedex office to get my parcel. And the start a new story that that don't have any contact number of my so the parcel unable to deliver and I have to pay custom duty and demurrage charges 10000 per day for 1kg box. Why, i they never contact me i am the first who try to contact them. How they can book a courier without contact details. Was this information helpful? | |||
