[Resolved] Fedex — Delay shipment | |||
One of our courier shipment vide AWB No.[protected] through FEDEX from China to Mumbai. The shipment came at New Delhi customs on 11/1/17 and we had given all the documents required by them. Till today, we hv not received any feedback from them. we are following up with the FEDEX customer care Dept and they are telling same answer that they are following up with the New delhi People and will revert back to you. We have not received any call or feedback from them. we have called this shipment on urgent basis to deliver our export customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
