[Resolved]  Fedex — Delayed delivery again

I ordered a product from hk to india. 2 weeks back. The product was to be delivered on the 18th. Today is the 24th. No signs of any status updates.

They said the product is stuck with customs bangalore for examination and assessment. And there are back logs for it.

But really? 6 days?

Why am i paying 100 dollars for courier to hear from the customer reps that they have no clue what's happening and can't commit to a delivery date?

Is this a joke? Never ever recommending fedex to anybody.
