Fedex — Delayed shipping and no response

This is regarding consignment No[protected]. Am highly dissappointed with fedex 's inefficient and lousy service.Its been more than 10 days n my consignment is stuck at Raipur.Their customer care service is extremely lackadaisical, after taking full payment from my brother in US, they say my location, Korba is not under their service domain. I am requesting them to deliver to Bilaspur which is closer to my location at the address below but there has been no response.
