[Resolved] Fedex — Delivery of my shipment | |||
I am sending you and in contact with your customer service guys every day since sept 15, 2020. As of today no one gave me one proper answer regarding my package. I don’t think this the kind of service fedex provides to its customers. Since the beginning of the process i have been providing what all documents you need with out any fail and why is such irresponsible behaviour from your end. I kindly request you to either solve my issue or return back my shipment to the sender. This will be the last written email requesting you regarding this matter. Please don’t send me automated emails stating that my issue has a reference number and your tracing team is working on it. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
