Fedex — Delivery with KYC Documents | |
I ordered a package from the USA. I am an NRI and live in India with my family, FedEx requested KYC documents which I uploaded multiple times and EVERY time they have been rejected. The service from FedEx is by far the WORST customer experience I have ever experienced. I am a business owner and have ordered multiple products from abroad, this is the first time I have used FedEx and they do not provide any valid reason for the rejection. Their customer service number just gets forwarded and then gets cut off. I have complained to the MD of customer relations Maya Rao about this and am waiting for a response. FedEx sent me an e-mail with a draft of how the letter should be written so I followed it and resubmitted my documents, and yes, you've guessed it, rejected again. The service has been PATHETIC...
