I have received a shipment from UK on 10/06/2022 and during which I was requested by FedEx for additional document to release my packages. I furnished all documents requested by FedEx by 21/06/2022.
With the document provided FedEx just released on package[protected] and the other package which I am asking status now[protected] was not released until 18/07/2022 inspite of me chasing FedEx team every alternative day.
When I get the tax invoice on 18/07/2022, I see there is a reactivation charged and fine included. This was a ridiculous move as I have provided all documents in 21/06 and FedEx is charging me for their delay. I questioned this on 18/07/2022 and till date I see there is no response received.
This behaviour of FedEx shows they are least bothered about customers.
FedEx team delayed from June 21 until July 18th and they are charging me Rs. 6700 extra. I have requested for more details and they are not replying Was this information helpful? |
