[Resolved] Fedex — Extremely delayed delivery | |
It's been more than three days I haven't received my package. Firstly, a wrong delivery address was noted down even after providing the correct address due to which the delivery attempt failed. After getting that corrected still they are citing the same reason. Customer care executives simply say that you will get it today when asked how to escalate the complaint. I don't know what they do with the contact number provided. The delivery agent doesn't bother to give a call before declaring that the address is incorrect. Was this information helpful? | |
