FedEx, if you are seeing this report be aware that the customer care support has become too much worse, believe me, it's just waste!
1) My shipment has been stuck in Haryana after customs clearance next day. As of 23rd December 2021, it's still stuck at Haryana and tracking page on website just shows of last 22nd December 2021 "in transit" and no update for today even (23rd December 2021).
The scheduled delivery was for today but the shipment hasn't reached to my nearest city spot so how gonna be delivered then. I know they just gonna rescheduled it to tomorrow then will delay again then rescheduled again for next day and so on.
2) I called customer care and calls usually doesn't gets answered or after 15 minutes when it finally connects they ask for AWB number and just keep the call on hold and end the call after 10 minutes. Really? This is the customer care support even for international priority?? Pathetic!!
3) Chat on website always unavailable and if available then even on first in queue nobody joins it ever!
I emailed on [protected]@fedex.com but they didn't replied since more than 24 hrs already passed.
I want my shipment before this Friday/Saturday, please!!
Please do something for it and improve your customer care support. I am really sad :( and angry on these customer care at same time!
