[Resolved] Fedex — Fedex product not delivered on time | |||||
I have a package to be delivered to hyderabad from hong kong and my tracking number[protected], i have paid more to get the package to be delivered precisely on thursday the 5th of may, But it is stuck at bangalore for customs clearance. I have provided the required kyc on monday by courier the same has been been delivered, And the customer care people promised to be delivered as soon as possible, The latest update is that people in bangalore and the customer service people, they are not responding properly as to the scheduled delivery date and it is showing as goods are subject to regulatory review,. Why the hell do they promise urgent or quick delivery when you guys can't handle the customs!! Very very disappointed by the way the delivery and customers are treated. It is very important to be delivered by that date. This would be the last time i trust and send packages through fedex. Was this information helpful? | |||||
