[Resolved]  Fedex — fedex tracking no.[protected] clearance delay - import

Address:Aurangabad, Maharashtra, 431001

On 7/27/2019 i got email from fedex.com stating in order to clear your shipment "[[protected]]" without delays, we request you to submit the following at the earliest.

They requested to provide kyc form and consignee authorization and i already replied on 7/27/2019 with all the required documents

Now its more then 5 days but no update from fedex, i talked to customer representative and they said they have received my documents and its under process so today on 1st august i called again to get new update and i surprised to get their new statements, now they are saying that they have not receive my documents and requested me to send it again and 2nd time i have send my documents as i have no other choice.

Its already getting late for me. It was supposed to reach 31st july 2019.

Can you please make it fast and proceed with delivery

Hi, i received a text message asking me to submit the KYC document to the below email id:
kycfedexcogenteservices.in, is this even an email address? how irresponsible to send a wrong email id. I have still not received my package due to this issue.
