[Resolved] Fedex — international delivery from usa to india | |||||
My head office in boston, usa has shipped me a parcel on september 28, 2017 and as of today november 16, 2017, we have still not received it. All the paperwork was submitted within a couple days and they are not giving any concrete update. First it was navratri holiday, followed by custom issue, then diwali and now they have asked us not to call and to keep asking for an update! The staff is unprofessional and rude. Even the service "complaint to the top" has not resulted in any results. The top management must not even be seeing the email as someone form the executive desk writes as equally ambiguous and vague email - obviously a template pre-written for them! I would suggest that don't send your parcels with fedex ever! Was this information helpful? | |||||
